What type of candles are lit for Rosh Hashana when it overlaps shabbat like this year?

Are a separate set of candles lit and if a new set is lit on the 2nd night how is it allowed to light a fire to do so since it is not allowed to light fires yet I saw candle times listed to light for the 2nd night too??
